When does fat burning start if you’re intermittent fasting?

Ok so you understand that glycogen comes off first but when does body fat actually start to burn? when are you officially shedding fat and not just releasing water and carbs? How can you find out if you are already in fat burning mode? Is it impossible to know? is there a specific calorie number that equates to body fat? You want to burn fat but you have these lingering questions revolving how and when you actually lose fat, Is it taken too long that you are becoming discouraged due to the slow speed in fat loss?

    You’re burning calories all the time. What you meant to say is that the calories aren’t extracted from your body fat in that 15-20 minutes.

    Omg I love you! You answered all my questions in all videos. I’m 18 years old and I love IF and I wanted to do HIIT for the longest. I’ve been losing weight from IF (I don’t even have an appetite throughout the day I just drink water) and I’m going to do HIIT, but is it good to do it everyday?

    You mentioned in the in the ninja vid to break the fast within an hour after the workout. But I workout at 5am. Am I doing more harm than good by waiting till 2pm to eat?

      I’m always weirded out by people who only train for the summer to have a nice body on the beach. As if that’s all that counts…
