    I quit breakfast and lunch and after only one week I quit smoking because cigarettes test not good on empty stomach 🤢( 15 years smoking) and lost 6kg 4 month 😎

    Do you think it would lead to weight gain to go from OMAD to 16/8 once you have reached your weight goal. I’m not finding OMAD difficult but I know that 16/8 would be a better lifestyle choice
